Dear APELS board and members,
I am sorry to inform you the tragic passing of my colleague, my friend and a member of the board, Dr Hester Cheung on 2nd August 2016. She had been a tremendous contributor to our group since the inception and the abrupt end of her career will be devastating blow to all of us. I cannot express my sorrow with words. I hope her legacy will forever perpetuate in our hearts and that our work will carry on with the enthusiasm of her vision that she shared with us.
